House Burling is the newest vassal to House Jerinsen, having attained a lordship due to close ties with House Auvrey. This promotion is thought to be the catalyst for the assassination of Lord Wilton of Auvrey's second wife by the merchant Stalivar Olgard, who was passed up for the same lordship.
