Devitt Camfry is one of Emperor Vralius's personal advisors. He attended school at Amberdal University before it closed its doors. He earned a full philosophyship and warship. He appears in Outrider when the emperor summons him to offer his thoughts on whether he should invade Aeryl. At the end of their meeting, Vralius ended up throwing him into a party pit, only to change his mind seconds later and have him fished out.
